Ekenberg & Andersson has assisted Ambea in the sale of real property for five care home facilities to Högkullen Omsorgsfastigheter AB.
The care home facilities are located in the Stockholm area, Linköping, Härnösand and Boden, and covers e.g care for the disabled. Ambea will remain on the properties as tenant.
Ambea has been advised by attorneys Thomas Ekenberg and Johan Sund.
