Ekenberg & Andersson has advised Catalyst Acquisition Group in the purchase of the education business of SJ from SJ Service Academy AB.
SJ Service Academy AB, a subsidiary of SJ AB, has educated and trained thousands of participants from various companies and sectors during the last five years. The business which has now been transferred offers tailored education and training within the fields of service, leadership, sales, business acumen and human safety.
